Go raibh míle maith agat, a Allison.  Many thanks - I'm relaying this to The
Philo-Celtic Society and Scoil Ghaeilge Ghearóid Tóibín.  I think it's a
very important article, in part because its tone is so striking.  "A lot of
these dialects are dying out so it's a chance for us to hear how people
really did speak." and "It will be a sound window into life which
disappeared some 80 years ago."  Exactly the way I heard people talk about
Irish back in the 60s and into the 70s.  These guys have got to get with the
program.
